Victoria Herzog, LMFT
tri-lingual licensed therapist, trainer, and consultant

I work with both self-pay and insurance clients. My regular fee is $140 per session; I sometimes slide the fee depending on the situation. We can discuss your particular needs during our first contact. I accept cash, check, or credit card.

I am an in-network provider for Beacon Health Options (formerly known as Value Options), Beacon/Partnership Healthplan of CA, and Anthem of CA (Blue Cross). I also work with Kaiser Permanente members who ask to be referred to me (through Beacon Health Options).

If you have other insurance or a high deductible, I can provide you with billing invoices to submit to your insurance company or your Health Savings Account.

Please note that your insurance plan may require you to pay part of the cost for each visit or have you first meet your deductible. You can find out the details of your particular plan by calling the member-services number on your insurance card.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
